About Project

Shiro is one of the finest of pan-Asian cuisine restaurants in Mumbai. The food and drinks, ambience and the music come together in perfect harmony here to create an unforgettable experience. Shiro wanted its social media presence to further strengthen its position as a serene resto bar and also have the essence of its eclectic cuisine represented.

What we did

Beehive developed a strong presence across the most popular social networks giving patrons a platform to interact with Shiro in a more engaging manner. Shiro’s positioning as a distinguished lounge was enhanced and its Oriental cuisine was promoted by creating an vibrant Facebook page that had features such as an interactive menu, Sounds of Shiro tab, a Live at Shiro tab as well as a virtual tour. Beehive achieved uniform branding for Shiro on social media while still keeping alive the local flavours of the three cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru and New Delhi) in which it had a presence. We also created several idea-centric campaigns including the very popular “Overindulgence” campaign that promoted the Ala carte menu at Shiro, Delhi. With over a 1000 participants, this campaign proved to be a huge success.

Results

Beehive’s effort was reflected in the numbers. The Shiro page on Facebook was ranked second and third for consecutive months with the most momentum in the Restaurant/Café category in India. The “Overindulgence” campaign had more than a 1000 participants which saw an increase in the traction on the page. The organic views for one post averaged at 1500 a day.
