About Project

Chambor is a Swiss cosmetic brand launched in the early 90’s in India to cater to the discerning Indian consumer looking for premium quality products. Chambor had developed quite a loyal consumer base but due to the influx of deep-pocketed and media dominating major cosmetic brands, like Loreal and Maybelline, Chambor had been relegated to a tight corner in the segment.

What we did

We recognized that a comprehensive revamping, repackaging and relaunching exercise in the marketing and advertising of the brand would make a much deeper impact on the mind of the consumer than just a one-off media blitz. We also suggested alternative media options that would give the brand a refreshing platform to connect with consumers as opposed to the tried and tested but extremely cluttered magazine and TV space.

Results

Today, Chambor has managed to regain the sparkle it once had in the cosmetics and beauty products industry. The brand has not only managed to attract new consumers but also maintained its relationship with its loyal consumers.
